Work Visa for Foreigners NON-IMMIGRANT 'B' (Non-B)

The Non-Immigrant 'B' Visa is a type of temporary visa granted to foreigners who wish to enter Thailand for employment, business activities, or attending meetings. This visa allows a stay of up to 90 days. If you wish to stay longer, you can apply for an extension of up to 1 year, submitted at least 30 days before the visa expires. In addition to the Non-Immigrant 'B' Visa, foreigners intending to work in Thailand are also required to obtain a Work Permit. Relationship Between Non-B Visa
and Thailand Work Permit

The Non-B Visa is a prerequisite for applying for a Work Permit in Thailand. Both documents must be held together. If either is missing, the right to work becomes invalid immediately.

    • Late Reporting Fine
      • Late reporting requires in-person appearance and a fine of 2,000 THB
      • If arrested, fine increases to 4,000 THB
